Intro

Here you can download the teaching guide for this extra activity to do with the toy and print activities related to the game. You can also download the digital game and use it whenever and wherever you want.

How to use the digital game

Colour the food bearing in mind its correct colour. Choose a paint can and then the items that should be in this colour. Look for the number of fruit and vegetables that you will see in each paint can.

How to use the toy

Hand out the Miniland fruit and vegetables and look for differences between them, etc. Talk about their colours… Which fruit is …? Introduce and reinforce the colours: red, yellow, green, orange, brown and purple.

Print out the colour pot sheets. The game is to place each fruit and vegetable on its sheet and say aloud how many we have of each colour.
